Our names are Victoria and Johnny and we currently live in the North East of England with our rats. We’re small pet enthusiasts who have been designing 3D printed accessories for our rats since 2023.

We started caring for rats in 2019 and have loved them ever since. Because of allergies we have always been on the hunt for materials that could be cleaned easily while still being good for our pets. Johnny already had a 3D printer and decided to experiment with making accessories and toys for our rats. With Johnny's experience with 3D design and the possibilities of 3D printing we also realised that this could allow us to create items that could adapt tou our cages' bar spacing.

This was a huge change for us: we could finally place items easily in our cage and remove them for clean-up. We had less issues with our allergies and taking care of our cages became easier. We then started designing more complex, and cute items. Friends who visited were amazed at the little worlds we created for our rats and were the first to suggest that we should commercialise these items.

So we decided to create Tiny Beasts! We took a couple of month to create new designs, and communication that would be easy to understand and that we could be proud of. This is the result and we’re thrilled to share those designs with the world and hope they can help other small pet owners create little worlds their pets will love exploring!

Four things make Tiny Beasts really special to us:

1. a modular mounting system. We created a mounting system that can allow people to place items easily in their cage and remove them for ceaning and re-arranging.
2. easy to clean. We use easy to clean and non-toxic material, the dream combo!
3. themed collections. Half the fun of caring for small pets is to create wonderful little worlds that they will love to explore and that will allow them to express their natural behaviours.
4. budget-friendly essentials. We created our basic collection with small prices specifically designed to help new owners set up their cage.
