As products are made to order we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping fees
All UK orders are shipped using either Evri or Royal Mail tracked services. Once the product has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.
We ship internationally using either Evri or Royal Mail tracked services (only to France for now). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Every Tiny Beasts accessory is made specifically for your order. Because each piece is made to order, production begins almost immediately after you place your order. This means that cancellations aren't always possible once production has started, but we’ll always do our best for customers so contact us as quickly as you can, we'll check where things are and do our best to help.
Something’s not right?
We're small pet owners ourselves, and we know how much thought goes into building the perfect habitat for your animals. If something arrives damaged, doesn't look right, or isn't what you expected, please get in touch, we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
